Tongues have been, and still are in some places, a debated topic. Some churches strongly believe that speaking in tongues is a sign of the Holy Spirit's presence and an important part of a believer's spiritual life. They often include it in their worship services. On the other hand, some denominations are more skeptical. They question whether tongues are still relevant today or even if they are biblically supported, especially when they don’t make sense or aren’t explained. This debate reflects deeper differences in how people understand spiritual gifts, their role in the church, and how believers should express their faith. As long as these different views exist, the discussion about the gift of tongues will likely continue to be a hot topic in the Christian community.
