After reading English at Oxford University, Dr Will Tosh worked as an actor before completing a PhD in Renaissance and Early Modern Studies at Queen Mary University in London. Since 2014, Will has been a Research Fellow and Lecturer at Shakespeare's Globe Theatre. He is also the published author of 'Male Friendship and Testimonies of Love in Shakespeare's England' and 'Playing Indoors: Staging Early Modern Drama in the Sam Wanamaker Playhouse'. His latest book, 'Straight Acting: The Many Queer Lives of William Shakespeare' will be released in 2023.
