Stefan Laursen was born and raised in Aarhus, Denmark. Attended the Waldorf School and later graduated from Stanford and Aarhus University. Was the runner up for the US Pro Triathlon championships and a member of the Danish Olympic Triathlon Team. Moved to the US in the late 90s and founded the sports brand Synergy.
