The year is 1920, and prohibition is in full swing. However, Colorado's most infamous mafia group, the Green Demon Mafia is having some issues with one of their distilling sites in the small town of Rainbow Falls.

The two lead investigators are sent out to investigate the problems and bite off more than they can chew.
