[NATALIA] How many women artists can you name? How many do you know? My name is Natalia Guerrero. And this is Avant, a series by Women in the Arts in to introduce you to the life, work and legacy of contemporary women artists. In this first episode of the series, I visit with artist Bobbi Mastrangelo who was a finalist in the 2020 Women the Arts "Celebrating the Genius of Women" Competition. I traveled to Bobbi's studio in Poinciana, Florida, with the founder and director of Women in the Arts, Maria Guerrero. Bobbi's worked for over three decades in sculpture and print-making.
