Hello #AUTP fam, EP.12 is titled: Black Excellence (Social Workers Edition). In this episode, we took a different approach when it came to interviewing. A few of our colleagues were graduating from grad school with their Masters Degree in Social Work and we gathered together to celebrate them. Being that we were in a room full the social workers (with the exception of one other professional). We decided “hey, why not interview them/ask a few questions while we’re all together?” Even though it was a function; the vibes were so right and it was only right to do it! Honestly, this episode was really for memory purposes, but we decided to share it with you all because there were so many gems and everyone said that it was fine :D We plan to have those who are on this episode and more on the podcast at a later time, individually.
