After a week's trek into the frozen foothills beyond Dhunn Pass, the crew find an ambush spot along the Maulinark Rail and wait for the train to pass. With a friend aboard being held captive, they have a plan to deal with any resistance, and to get Gwyn out alive and to a safe haven where she can recover.
