This week's episode is all about reminding ourselves of the good affirmations, tips and things to remember when maybe we aren't feeling too good or confidient about our sexuality. We also talk about how it can be difficult when pushed down the priority ladder in friendships once romantic partners are on the scenes. We obviously go off on some tangents and also realise our lack of knowledge about the classic English dessert, Spotted dick.
