As voters, it's important that we support our civil workers and the services they provide. This means investing in their training, providing them with the resources they need to do their jobs effectively, and compensating them fairly for their hard work.In doing so, we not only ensure that our city continues to function at its best, but we also show our appreciation for the dedication and sacrifice of our civil workers.
