In episode two, we head to the famous Young's Jersey Dairy in Yellow Springs. Dan Young gives us a full tour of the famous family-owned farm. Our day is filled with knowledge on milk production, cheese making, and of course, ice cream. Did you know that they produce over 70,000 gallons of ice cream and 80,000 pounds of cheese each year!?
