Episode 20 of Cthulhu and Chill starts with the usual weekly catch-up, including a disappointing trip to Bird World, a new foldable phone, gaming updates, Baldur's Gate 3 mods, and some very impressive Terry Pratchett's Discworld Kickstarter goodies.

Things then take an unexpected turn when a conversation about medical testing becomes the catalyst for one of the episode's biggest comedy sections. The lads discover just how complicated it can be to provide a sample, including a 50-minute delivery window, strict instructions and the need to keep the sample at the right temperature. Naturally, this leads to increasingly ridiculous scenarios involving KFC buckets, Barry White and the pressure of "performing" on schedule.
