Communion runes appear everywhere: etched sigils hum, altars glow briefly, and a strange mechanical doll offers healing and purchases. The group debates the cost of power when a relic offers an immediate gain — but only at the price of five maximum HP unless someone spends 500 blood echoes instead. Choices, levelling, and bargains collide in a tense balancing act between survival and sacrifice. Key NPCs offer cryptic leads, and the team must decide which debts they’re willing to accept to press deeper into Yharnam’s churchward.
