This is a special “Bonus” Behind the Badge episode. Anthony Dwyer had accomplished a lot for a 23-year-old, including his dream of becoming an NYPD cop. But the young man who touched so many lives had his own life cut short while pursuing an armed suspect onto a rooftop near Times Square in 1989.
