You know the conversation you need to have. The decision you need to make. The habit you need to change. The thing you need to let go of. So why do we keep waiting? Sometimes we tell ourselves we need more clarity, more time, more information or a better sign. But sometimes, the truth is much simpler: We already know what we need to do. We just don't want to deal with what comes after we do it. Because knowing is comfortable. Taking action changes things. And that's where real growth begins.
