“Do the Right Thing the First Time”

In the third episode of AMI VIP, Tim Yates, Owner of Ridgeline Roofing & Solar LLC, shares about how he started in roofing when he mentioned, “Nobody ever says, wanna grow up and be a roofer.” We’re so glad he did, though. Tim’s experience and dedication to his career has created an extremely successful business with multiple locations around the region and growing. We also appreciate his dedication to self-discipline in doing the right thing first. Marcus Aurelius would tend to agree, “Just that you do the right thing. The rest doesn’t matter. Cold or warm. Tired or well-rested. Despised or honored.” There’s definitely plenty to learn when you spend time around these men.
