The Brooklyn Nets finished last year with only 26 wins and being one of the bottom teams in the Eastern Conference. The Nets drafted five first rounders in 2025 NBA Draft which was the most this year. This team is clearly in a rebuild mode with the young assets but still have some veteran pieces in Michael Porter Jr., Cam Thomas, Nic Claxton and Terrance Mann which they are unlikely to compete for the playoffs.
