Some people feels "out of the nest" in their own country, others have an urge to explore and live more freely, others will seek love overseas and so on, it all make us go abroad. But eventually we want to settle down at a place where we feel comfortable calling home. How do you choose this place out of so many options out there?
Last days of 2022, you are probably reviewing your year as well, exciting! My 2022 started with me moving to a brand new country, is it going to be the last one? Fitness is fantastic, it improves our health, it makes us more productive, it makes us feel part of a highly-motivational community and I can keep going on. But when we go to extremes, and each of us has different limitations to that, things can turn upside down. It's not a dream body if you are living a nightmare to sustain it. As Many around this time of the year make fitness plans for the next season, let me share a piece of a story of mine, through awareness we decrease risks.
