Sometimes when a promise seemingly comes to pass and then is taken from us, we fall into discouragement and disappointment. God develops our character as we respond to Him. Would we resign ourselves to our natural understanding of what our promise is and sit in dejection, or would we turn to the Source of our promise and press in with hope and prayer?
