Chronological Reading of the Bible - Day 76 - March 17, 2026
Adam's Daily Bread by Adam Wright
Episode notes
This is part of a year long reading of the Bible chronologically in a harmonized format.
- Numbers 2:1-3:51 organizes the Israelite camp around the tabernacle by tribal standards (east: Judah group; south: Reuben group; etc.), details Levite duties, and numbers Levite males for service (replacing firstborns).
- Luke 9:28-36 recounts the Transfiguration: Jesus prays, is transfigured in glory with Moses and Elijah discussing his departure, disciples see his glory, Peter's response, and God's voice commanding to listen to Jesus.
- Matthew 17:14-20 describes Jesus healing a boy with seizures after the disciples fail, rebuking unbelief, and teaching that faith as small as a mustard seed can move mountains.
