Codependency often disguises itself as love, care, or selflessness, but underneath it all, it’s still a wound. It can be just as damaging as narcissism, but in a different way. It means setting boundaries without feeling guilty. It means loving people without enabling them. And above all, it means seeking God, not for another person’s change, but for your own.
