Learn about the Social Innovation Leadership Lab SIL² , a new asynchronous and AI-enhanced leadership training program for social enterprise leaders. SIL² is explicitly designed to close the gap between social mission and sustainable impact by offering short, applied, equity-centered online courses grounded in evidence. This appeal seeks Advisory Group participation from leaders across nonprofit and civic sectors to validate the course design, beta-test the custom AIM InsightOS AI agents, and ensure diverse community input before the platform's anticipated public cohort launch in summer 2026. The ultimate goal is to boost Denver’s social innovation capacity by combining academic rigor with networked, community-based learning.
