Dr Sally Penni MBE is a barrister, an author and a podcaster, who works tirelessly towards improving diversity in the legal profession.  She’s the Joint Vice Chair of the Association of Women Barristers and the founder of Women in the Law UK, a networking organisation that provides members with support, events and resources.
