In our latest Active Teaching Lab, David Delgado shares how AI is quickly becoming the infrastructure for how we do work. We are entering an age of "Agentic Labor," where tools like "OpenClaw" and "Claude Code" execute complex plans over days rather than just generating single assets. This fundamental shift means students must learn to manage a "fleet" of AI agents, and makes quality assurance (QA) of complex AI output the new essential hard skill for employability.
