Forgiving has released so much negative emotion in me and I finally feel free. Forgiveness is important for both the forgiver and the forgiven, leading to improved emotional, mental, and even physical health. It fosters healing, strengthens relationships, and promotes a sense of peace and well-being. Forgiveness can also encourage personal growth and a deeper understanding of the human experience.
