In this week's episode, I open up about my struggles with relationship anxiety, also known as relationship OCD (ROCD). I haven't been diagnosed with OCD, so I prefer to call this relationship anxiety instead. I open up about my biggest struggle in my relationship and how a person with a more anxious attachment style often approaches romantic relationships. I share how difficult it is to have a mind that works in this way, as well as how difficult it is on the partners of people who struggle with this. I conclude by offering some tips on how to navigate relationship anxiety.
