High Wind Warnings blanket the state. Gusts could slam 65 miles an hour. That's the kind of wind that'll shove your truck into the next lane on I-80. Southeast Wyoming, you're waking up to 40 degrees. Brief rain around 4 A.M., then mostly sunny. You'll hit 56 degrees right around 2 P.M. But here's the kicker.. Steady west winds at 35 miles an hour all day long. Tonight drops to 31. By 4 A.M. tomorrow, it'll feel like 22 degrees. Central Wyoming, you're at 43 degrees now. Mixed precipitation rolls in from 1 P.M. to 10 P.M. High of 55 around 2 P.M., then temperatures start falling. Winds gust to 38 miles an hour around 10 A.M. Tonight's low hits 31.
