Esplicito
Episode Description — Wynwood Magazine Podcast Step into the shadows of a defining era. In this gripping episode of the Wynwood Magazine Podcast, host Susana Baker sits down with the legendary Mickey Munday for an intimate, unfiltered conversation that pulls back the curtain on one of the most notorious chapters in modern history—the rise of the “Cocaine Cowboys” in the 1970s and 80s. From high-stakes flights across international borders to navigating a world fueled by risk, power, and survival, Mickey shares firsthand accounts of his life as a pilot operating at the center of a global trafficking network. But beyond the headlines and mythos, this episode dives deeper—into the mindset, the choices, and the consequences of living on the edge of a rapidly changing world. With Susana Baker guiding the conversation, the story unfolds not just as history, but as a raw human experience—filled with ambition, danger, and reflection. This is more than a story about the past. It’s a rare look into a life few have lived—and even fewer have survived to tell.
