Former Lieutenant Governor Mark Robinson has officially withdrawn his lawsuit against CNN. The lawsuit stemmed from an exposé the network aired in September, which detailed dozens of alleged disturbing comments Robinson made on a porn forum. The report was a major blow to Robinson’s gubernatorial campaign. Once a prominent figure at the Republican National Convention and a regular at Donald Trump’s campaign stops in North Carolina, Robinson has not been seen with Trump since the report aired.
