Grieving Dad | When it hits like a sucker punch

Note sull'episodio
Hey friends,
I'm very thankful that you could join me for another Withstand Podcast episode as I continue to navigate my season of grief. Dad passed away just over five months ago, but in many ways, it still feels like it happened just days ago. Today, I talk about how grief can hit like a sucker punch (in Australia, we call it a coward's punch / king-hit) on days when we're otherwise on auto-pilot, functioning as best we can. As CS Lewis points out, grief can often feel like fear and it can knock the wind out of your sails without warning - and sometimes without an actual storm.
I pray that my warblings and musings are a blessing to you. If you make it all the way to the end, I commend you for your patience!
