IT'S TIME TO PUNCH THE CLOCK WITH BG. Season 2 Episode 49 of Wired Axcess: All Axcess Granted — Raw & Real welcomes Bill “BG” Green for a B&B Boxing Work Time Edition. Green brings a perspective few people can. He has spent years working behind the scenes of professional boxing as a matchmaker, promoter, manager and boxing-media voice. BoxRec currently credits him with matchmaking work spanning 2015–2026 across dozens of events, while published material under the BG Sports Entertainment name reaches back to the 2014 Crawford-Gamboa era in Omaha.
But this episode isn't about living in the past. We're clocking in to talk about what comes NEXT. DJ K DuB Omaha and BG break down the upcoming B&B-connected boxing scene, the fighters fans need to start putting on their must-watch lists, what a matchmaker sees when evaluating talent and how the right opponent at the right moment can change the trajectory of a young fighter's career.
Among the immediate names and fights in the conversation is the Heart of America event in Kansas City, headlined by Nico Ali Walsh against unbeaten Treavon Craycraft and also featuring Dominique Crowder vs. Jayson Mama and Pryce Sparrow vs. Rashield Williams. Omaha's Alan Panduro Angulo is another developing name tied directly to B&B Sports Academy; BoxRec lists him as an unbeaten 6-0 professional with four knockouts. Charles “LoLo” Harris Jr. is also part of the larger B&B picture, with B&B publicly identifying him as one of its fighters and an October 16 matchup with Misael Cabrera being promoted through BoxingScene/ProBox coverage.
Then we zoom out. B&B Sports Academy's roots go back to the shared vision of Terence Crawford and Brian “BoMac” McIntyre to create a place in North Omaha where young people could develop through boxing, discipline and mentorship. The nonprofit Academy opened in October 2013. Today, following a roughly $250,000 renovation, B&B says its boxing and fitness programming for ages 8–18 is offered free of charge. And there is another chapter being built. B&B says adjacent land transferred by the City of Omaha for $1 is intended to support an expansion featuring additional athletic space, classrooms, a nutrition kitchen, an indoor track and life-skills workshop areas.
So what does 2027 hold? What does B&B become as professional boxing moves beyond an era dominated by its most famous champion? Who's next? Who's closer than people realize? And how can professional boxing success continue feeding a community mission that was designed to outlast any single career?
