Not everything you eat is good for you. This then puts a greater responsibility on us as individuals not to take everything in without proper discernment, through the light of God. Test everything, Good or bad and keep your ways before him clear.

He gives us aspirations, likes and desires that pull us closer to what he has set for us if our hearts are yielded. Moreover, he he owns the vision , protects and provides for it. Play your part but remember your true role as a steward.

There seems to be a major disconnect many aren't aware of between traditions from the hearts of men and the word of God. These traditions even though rooted in the thoughts and wisdom of men can fail and some times make us loose the rewards of obedience. References Matthew 15: 1-9 and John 15:1-3 Take time to check what God's opinion is on certain matters. Do not take the position of Tradition in Church, Society and Culture. Choose his wisdom and let that be your guiding force. Will the tradition of your forefathers save you in the end? Better yet can it speak for you and love you when you cannot truly love yourself?
