Handicaps and Tier Restrictions

We've all been there. You just want a nice, friendly, casual game of war dollies. You express this to your opponent and they agree. You arrive at your LGS only to be met with the sweatiest, most broken, soul crushing list ever to have listed. In this episode, Ben and Jules kind of but maybe not successfully discuss the usefulness and implementation of handicaps/list tiers when it comes to playing the games we love.
