80% of blacks have a lower IQ than the average White; educated blacks take advantage of this disparity to get into public office and tax-free orgs and get rich off graft; good blacks, afraid of being branded a sell-out, eschew public life; and through continued 75% illegitimate births and educational degradation, the problem is just getting worse.
