Pharaoh didn’t need much of a reason to lock someone up. In Genesis 41, we see a ruler quick to remove people from his presence the moment they fell out of favor. The chief butler and baker offended Pharaoh — and just like that, they were in prison.

But God is not like Pharaoh.

In this fourth installment of The Dreamer’s Drip, "A God Like Pharaoh," we confront a powerful truth: we do not serve a God who is eager to discard us. God doesn’t imprison us when we fail — He draws near. He corrects, restores, and keeps inviting us back into His presence.

Through Joseph’s continued journey — and his divine encounter with two forgotten men in a prison cell — we’re reminded that:

• God’s grace is patient, not impulsive
• God is not insecure or easily offended
• His presence is a place of mercy, not fear
• And unlike Pharaoh, our King is faithful even when we fall short
