West winds gusting to 24 miles an hour push wind chills to minus 3. That's the kind of cold that bites through two layers. Tonight drops to 4 degrees. Then snow sneaks in after 3 AM, peaks around 9 AM Wednesday. And wraps up by 11 AM. You're looking at 1 to 3 inches.. Right in time for the morning commute.
