Folks, step outside right now and you're feeling 13 degrees. That's 11 degrees below normal for late February. Arctic air has settled in and it's not leaving quietly.
Down in Southern Vermont, you're topping out at 16 degrees today. West winds gusting to 24 miles an hour push wind chills to minus 3. That's the kind of cold that bites through two layers. Tonight drops to 4 degrees. Then snow sneaks in after 3 AM, peaks around 9 AM Wednesday. And wraps up by 11 AM. You're looking at 1 to 3 inches.. Right in time for the morning commute.
