Note sull'episodio
Do people see the face of Jesus when they encounter you—or do they just see you?
In this episode of Unleashed, Brent Henderson shares powerful lessons from the hunting woods about what others see, hear, and experience through our lives. Drawing from his weekend at the World Deer Expo, Brent connects a hunter’s desire not to be seen, heard, or smelled with three important questions every follower of Christ should ask:
What do people see when they look at me? What do they hear when I speak? What aroma do I leave behind after I’m gone?
Through unforgettable stories involving a hunter struggling with anger, a generous hotel concierge, an injured Uber driver, an unexpected airport conversation about a failing marriage, and a young woman Brent met on an airplane nearly ten years ago, this episode reveals how God can use ordinary moments as divine appointments.
Based on the biblical truth that believers are called to be “the aroma of Christ,” Brent challenges us to live in a way that points people beyond ourselves and toward Jesus.
Before your next conversation, meeting, or trip into the woods, ask yourself:
Do they see the face of Jesus—or do they just see me?
