The fitness industry loves to declare one method as "the best" way to achieve specific goals. Spend any time on social media, and you'll quickly encounter phrases like "this is the best way to lose fat" or "this is the only way to build muscle." For years, we've been told that it's nearly impossible to train for multiple fitness goals at once. The most common myth? "You can't build bigger muscles and train to run faster simultaneously."
