Mr Chopra is the co-founder and President of CareJourney, an open data membership service for health care providers. Previously, from 2009-2012, he served as the nation’s first Chief Technology Officer, appointed by former president Barack Obama. He also served as Virginia’s Secretary of Technology under former governor Tim Kaine.
