Representative Chan was one of the first Asian Americans elected to the Massachusetts House of Representatives and serves the 2nd Norfolk District. Additionally, he also serves as Chair of the Joint Committee on Consumer Protection and Professional Licensure and as an appointee to the Massachusetts Asian American Commission.
