Episode 34; Campus Murders: Jack Davis Jr. and Survivor Bobby Gayle

Episode 34, and we are both on a roll in this one.

Bailey brings us the third installment of her 'Campus Murders' series with a mysterious death that took place on the campus of Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Jack Davis, Jr.'s death was shoddily investigated, and none of the original findings (mostly assumptions) stood up under the eye of a rockstar pathologist.

Beth has a survivor story, with the positive outlook and good heart of Bobby Gayle, who survived a horrific hate crime in Stockton, California. But the subject of hate crimes had her on fire, and so of course there's more to the story than a happy ending for our lovable superhero.

This week we are pleased to share the trailer for World's Dumbest Criminals, and we hope you will go check out this well-done, lightheartedly offbeat podcast by Tara Sariban!

We also want to share the web address of the Southern Poverty Law Center, which has been doing critical human rights, civil rights, and anti-hate crime work for over fifty years. Please donate if you can spare it. https://www.splcenter.org/

It's a true pleasure to have you back with us this week, as always. So now that you're here, get comfortable, put your feet up, and let's really think about how we as a crime family can make our lives, other people's lives, and the world a better place.

But first--somebody, please get the cat off the table again!
