Trading with Jesus

di Corey Robinson

Day 13: Don’t Compare Your Journey

One of the quickest ways to lose your edge is to compare your chapter 2 to someone else’s chapter 20.

Day 12: Embrace the Process

No one becomes consistent overnight. Great traders are forged through repetition, setbacks, and perseverance. God doesn’t waste the waiting; He works in it.

Day 11: Trade from Identity, Not Insecurity

The market doesn’t define you. Your profits don’t measure your value. Win or lose, your identity is secure in Christ. When you forget that, trading becomes emotional.

Day 10: Walk Away When It's Time

There’s a time to trade—and a time to walk away. One of the most underappreciated skills in trading is knowing when not to click the button.

Day 9: Don’t Despise Small Beginnings

It’s easy to feel frustrated when your trading account isn’t where you want it to be. Maybe your progress feels slow, your profits are small, or you’re stuck in a long learning curve.

Day 8: Guard Your Emotions

Your trading decisions flow from one central place—your heart. And while strategy is vital, unchecked emotions can sabotage even the best plan.

Day 7: Patience is Power

The market will test your patience. It will whisper, “Look at them—they’re winning. You’re falling behind.” In those moments, Psalm 37 reminds us to be still. Patience in trading isn’t weakness—it’s power.

Day 6: Stay Rooted in Purpose

Why are you trading? Is it for freedom, purpose, provision—or just the thrill? Scripture reminds us that God blesses us so we can abound in every good work.

Day 5: Speak the Promise

God’s promises are not abstract ideas—they are spiritual currency. Like a check written in your name, they require you to deposit them through belief and confession.

Day 4: I Discipline My Body

As a trader, the temptation is real: over trading, chasing losses, or entering setups out of boredom. Discipline means saying no to those urges and training yourself to wait—no matter how strong the desire feels in the moment.
