Transformers Animated, G.I. Joe, and Real Ghostbusters Christmas Episodes

Day 8 of the 25 Days of Toon Beyond Christmas features the 2016 Action Block, covering three action cartoons set around the holidays. The hosts discuss Transformers Animated's "Human Error" (Parts 1 & 2), where the Autobots are trapped in Soundwave's virtual reality during Christmas; G.I. Joe's "Cobra Claws Is Coming to Town," a largely non-festive tale of Cobra attempting to frame the Joes; and Real Ghostbusters' "Xmas Marks the Spot," a loose adaptation of A Christmas Carol featuring the team as replacement ghosts. The trio explores what makes these episodes Christmas-themed and questions whether some are truly holiday specials or just action stories that happen to take place at Christmas.
