Episode 11 - "Business First"

Gave & Torrence get back together for the eleventh consecutive week to discuss an injury-ridden Dallas Mavericks squad that has fallen in the Western Conference standings as of late following the absence of five-time All-Star guard Luka Doncic, as the duo converses over as to whether or not the franchise that reached an NBA Finals a season ago should stand pat or look to make a move prior to the upcoming trade deadline (12:50). In addition to sharing thoughts on a recent report involving LeBron James' friend and longtime business partner Maverick Carter and his quest to help create a new hoops league that could potentially rival the NBA (29:54), before closing things out to talk about which high-ranking front office members & general managers should be regarded as the frontrunners to win Executive of the Year and player that is the most fitting to capture Defensive Player of the Year honors in their monthly Mid-Season Awards segment in January (48:22) and highlighting all the premier games fans should be eager to watch throughout Rivals Week (1:11:34).
