How much is enough? In a culture built around getting the next upgrade, earning a little more, and constantly reaching for something better, contentment can become a moving target. In this message, Pastor Tim examines what Proverbs teaches about money, possessions, debt, and learning to genuinely say, “I have enough.”

Using Proverbs 15:16 as the foundation, Pastor Tim shows how the wise life views wealth differently. Scripture does not condemn having money, saving, investing, or enjoying God's provision. Instead, it warns against allowing wealth to become the pursuit that controls our hearts. It is possible to possess things without allowing those things to possess us.

The message also addresses the burden of debt, the endless pursuit of “more,” and the danger of building our security around riches that can disappear. Biblical wisdom calls us to steward what God has entrusted to us with an eternal perspective, using our resources not simply for ourselves, but to serve others and advance the work of Christ.

Ultimately, the Gospel changes the way we see everything we own. Christ paid a debt we could never pay, making us rich in grace, mercy, and love. Because of what He has done, our lives no longer have to be driven by the pursuit of the next purchase, possession, or income level. We can faithfully steward what God has given us and genuinely say, “Lord, You have been good to me. I have enough.”
