This time we meet the winner of the 2023 award for Outstanding Achievement by an Individual in Palliative Care – Kate Munro!

Kate is Nurse Manager at Hunter New England Health, centred around Newcastle in NSW.

Kate will retire in the coming weeks and opened up about her career which started in 1976 at the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children.
