Thrive Communities Origin Story with Kim Phillips

It's the exciting first episode of the Thrive Communities Podcast! Listeners are introduced to the inspiring origin story of Kim Phillips, co-founder of Thrive Communities, who shares how her years of homeschooling and experience in education sparked a vision for something more connected and supportive for families. Drawing from nearly two decades of working closely with students and parents, she recognized a gap between traditional schooling and the flexibility many families needed, which led her to help create a community-centered model where children could learn collaboratively while still maintaining the benefits of homeschooling. Thrive Communities has since grown into a network of campuses across Arizona and Florida, offering structured educational environments designed to empower both students and parents through shared resources, mentorship, and meaningful relationships.
