AI in the Art Room: Why or Why Not?
We're back! After a hiatus from some seasonal life endeavors Corbie & Kaitlyn jump back to finish season 2 with an organic conversation on AI. One of the hottest topics in the tech world and in education is AI and how to integrate it into schools and the classroom. Kaitlyn & Corbie share their opinions on AI in general and what it might mean for artists and art students. Is it possible to integrate AI into the art room and should we? Corbie and Kaitlyn have an open dialogue exploring the ethical and conceptual concerns of AI in art.

In this episode Corbie and Kaitlyn interview art educator Allison Stucky. Allison is a Kansas native, artist and currently an elementary art teacher running a T.A.B art room. Cultural Appropriation in the Art Room
In this episode Corbie & Kaitlyn open up the worm hole of cultural appropriation as two white teachers. They discuss inappropriate art projects that might still be happening in the art room and ways to shift proactively in order to stop cultural approriation. They discuss ways to amplify marginilized voices as teachers, and reflect and put into action more projects that call for response rather than copying or recreating.
