Mercy Otis Warren
This Day in His-Story di American Heritage Worldwide
Note sull'episodio
On November 15, 1775, Mercy Otis Warren—a pioneering writer and patriot—used her voice to support liberty during the American Revolution. Born near Plymouth Rock and educated beyond the expectations of women in her day, she wrote plays, poems, and pamphlets defending freedom and the “natural equality of man.” Her powerful words influenced public thought and helped shape the values that led to the Bill of Rights. Though she faced opposition, she stood firm in truth and conviction. Like Mercy, we can use our voices to defend what is right and seek divine truth through revelation, faith, and courage in His Story today.
