We welcome retired University of Dayton Head Football Coach, Rick Chamberlain to The Stories We Share. A native of Springfield, OH, Coach Chamberlain spent 46 seasons with the Flyer program as a player, Assistant coach, and Head Coach. Coach Chamberlain was inducted into the UD Athletic Hall of Fame in 1989. No other person has been a part of more success with UD Football. Rick, and his wife Jayne, live in Centerville, OH. They have two sons, Jason and Tyler, and six grandchildren. Coach Chamberlain's love for the Lord, paired with his investment in the next generation, will have a ripple effect for years to come. Pastor Kedrick spent 10 years with Coach Chamberlain as the UD Flyer Football Chaplain from 2013-2023.
