Dr G's Think Tank on Resilience Event 12: What if AI could end burnout?

How do you feel about AI? Are you eager to adopt it? Cautious about engaging? Concerned about the risks – known and unknown – that might be unleased as we become more interwoven with this technology? Personally I would answer yes to each of those three questions. This month on the Think Tank on Resilience, we tackled this topic and set out to answer two questions: How can we be more resilient in our individual and organizational approaches to AI? Can AI help us as individuals, teams and companies to be more resilient? I was joined by Priyanka Rao and Malte Niebelschuetz and I don’t know if I’ve ever learned so much in a 45 minute experience!

Authenticity is a topic that seems pretty straightforward, until you scratch the surface. What are the risks for being authentic in the workplace? Why – and how – should we do it anyway? We really tackled hard questions.

Dr G's Think Tank on Resilience Event 10: We All Have a Role to Play in Loneliness

This month on Think Tank on Resilience, Maia Ervin, Lea Allah, Filip Francke and I set out to answer three questions: Does loneliness impact the resilience of people at work? Should leaders try to improve the experience of lonely employees? How could leaders make a difference in the loneliness of their people? We spent these 45 minutes on practical reasons, important considerations and useful strategies to improve the physical and mental health of people in the workplace by decreasing loneliness.
